120 gm cup will have 60 gm coffee(50%) and 60 gm espresso(50%)
240 gm coffee has 124 mg caffeine thus,
60(240/4) gm coffee will have 31(124/4) mg caffeine
and 60 gm espresso has 160 mg caffeine
so the new drink will have 31+160 =191 mg caffeine.
