Based on what you present here, your stats make you a competitive applicant. However, the programs you cite are all competitive and you need to distinguish yourself from the masses of candidates who apply. This means that you have to submit an outstanding application -- including essays, recommendations, interviews, resume, etc. Also, since you have time to study for your GMAT exam, you should aim to get a minimum of a 720.
I always believe in aiming high and always having a back-up plan. Thus, aiming for one of the IIM or ISB - is reasonable.
