Im coming from the UK where i did my 1st degree. There Manchester Metroplitan University and Manchester University all in the same place and walking distance from each other so thought it might be the case here but telling by your sarcasm they are obviously the same uni.
Michigan and Michigan State are two different universities. Michigan (Ross) is the topic of this thread, while you can find a thread on Michigan State (Broad) here: broad-michigan-state-2013-calling-all-mba-applicants-141275.html
Ross is ranked higher than Broad, but Broad is a decent program. Hope this helps.
