I have found myself in a really bad situation and could really use some advice:
I am currently working at my first job out of college and have exactly 2 years of work experience. this was by no means a good job, neither in prestige or work environment, however I wanted to start building a resume. In the past month, most of my co-works, and both my managers, have quit for opportunities that have opened up locally. Both my managers verbally agreed to write me strong letters of recommendation before they left. I wasn't looking for a job because I had planned to hang on until B-school.
With that said, The job has always had a bad work environment resulting from the company owners and with everyone leaving it is not bearable. I must leave.
What sort of things can I leave to and do until matriculation (11 months) that won't hurt / may even improve my application?
I am willing to explore both paid and unpaid options. Volunteer as a teacher in a foreign country? Start a new job at the company many of my co-workers left to?
please advise!
