Let me ask first, you said 'those are the schools I applied to', have you already applied or perhaps a miscommunication there?
You are part of a common applicant group, Indian IT/engineering professionals, and your GMAT is average to below average for that group. Sounds like you have solid work experience and probably academics, but to gain acceptance into one of the top MBA programs including those on your list, you generally also need a 'wow' factor and/or extremely compelling and unique essays that demonstrate why YOU should be admitted over all of the other strong applicants. I would say, without actually seeing your essays and stories, that the schools on your list would be challenging to get into, though not impossible if you can pull out what about you is really going to stand out.
Keep in mind that in a competitive admissions environment, having a strong sense of your short and long term post-MBA goals is also pretty important (since other strong applicants WILL), so that is something you should work on. You may want to add another school or two outside top 15 or so programs, and maybe consider some other international programs given your interest in international business? Keep us posted on q's and your progress!
