Degrees from India

Hi,

I have BCA and MSc computer science degrees from India. Currently i am working as a Programmer at a Ivy League university from which i am planning to apply for MBA.

1. How can i get my degree evaluated so i get to know appropriate GPA.
2. Is career change from IT to MBA will work out well for me, as I do not have Accounting, Marketing background.
