Hi All,
Background:
I gave my GMAT last year and I got Q49, and I always hovered around 48-49 in my practice last year. I am giving my GMAT once again in September and I realize that I am stuck with the 48-49 scores in Maths. I have given the CAT exam conducted in India and I can say that I am decently good at Maths, and besides that my work also has a lot to do with Statistics.
My question is:
How is a Q50 test taker like?
1. How many mistakes does a Q50 test taker do in the entire Quant section? (I understand it is adaptive, but please answer based on your experience in general)
2. Is there any thing that the forum knows about what distinguishes between a Q48-49 and Q50 test-taker?
3. Also, I heard in some places that Maths has become a little tough on the GMAT in the last one year. How true is this?
4. Finally, please advise me on what can I do to get to Q50? (Timing strategies... Question types...)
