E it should be
a)r<4=>1,2,3(lets take this)
b)q=18

Now combining two statements we get the answer isn't it???

BUT,r<4 doesn't imply that r is an integer r can be 18/11 which is less than 4.

18/11*11(prime)=18..

so E it should be

PS:Negative numbers are always multiples of -1 hence non prime
