currently working at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd.
haven't been able to exactly decide on the schools I want to apply to, but my dream school as of now is INSEAD.
interested in pursuing MBA in US or Europe from a top institute.
I am attaching a short resume. Kindly help me out.

740!!!! Nice job Ganesh!
Sooooo I had a look at your resume, and my first piece of advice to you is to think about how you can recreate your professional persona... right now everything in your resume screams at me "I am a Tech Guy!!!" But that's NOT what you want for Business School. You want to be a Business Guy, and a Leader, and a Team Player... and so on...
The SECOND thing I notice, dude, is that you have only two years experience. And especially as an Indian Male Tech candidate, this is a bit too low. So you have the GMAT in your pocket.. great! But I'd suggest that you think about applying in two years. Give yourself the chance to make an impact, to gain some leadership, to gain enough experience so that the business schools will look kindly upon your profile. The people who get in with two years are either just obvious superstars, or they come from places like McKinsey... everyone else needs to work a bit more first, so that's what I'd suggest you do. Think about all the ways you can improve upon your profile (leadership, volunteer work, advancement, etc. and work on that for the next two years)...
