should I retake Gmat

was shocked to see my Gmat score today : 580 ( Q45, V24)

During preparation I was getting following score
kaplan - 610-630
mgmat- 600-650 ( only once got 650)

First round ( Gmat prep)
First - 590
second - 610

second round ( Gmat prep
First - 640
second - 640

Can somebody advice the next steps to me. I am planning to take gmat again in Oct. can i increase my score to 700(+). if yes then please advice.
