Ones you might want to consider would be schools like UT-Austin, Rice, maybe Duke for traditional oil and gas, or for cleantech/alternative energy, Ross and Berkeley are both leaders, MIT too. There's some others too but those are a good starting point.

Thanks for your comments! I am glad to get a fresh view from an experienced person.
You are right, after graduate school I have just 2 years of full time employment. But in the reality – during graduate school I have about 2-4 hours of classes a week. Thus, I was able to work full time with a little interruptions. If am not eligible to include these years in the experience I will not do this.
I understand that V score of the GMAT is not high, but I am going to emphasize on my technical background and skills. Moreover, I have been studying English seriously just 3 last years, thus consider 660 score to be not bed for non-native speaker. I would undoubtedly review my post MBA goals, did not have much time to make my point clear.
