Simply put, your verbal score is too low and admissions will question if you have the verbal abilities to complete the program. Thus, you must re-take your exam and score significantly higher on this part of the exam. I would not recommend submitting applications before your GMAT issue is resolved.

Thanks for the quick response.
Kimberly, I have prepared to give another attempt during mid-August. Post that I would be still left with a couple of months to prepare at least 2-4 college apps during Round 1. And the rest of the colleges can be targeted in Round 2, primarily because I do not want to sacrifice quality by rushing over with things.
I hope my plan is decent enough. Please confirm
