Hi Everyone,
I have spent the last few months lurking the forum while studying for my first GMAT test. This really is a great community and was hoping someone might be able to point me in the best direction.
I recently took the test, 6/29, and I am looking to improve my scoret. In order to prepare for the test, I spent 1.5 months reviewing the Manhattan GMAT strategy guides and another month completing practice problems and practice tests. My scores are outlined below:
CAT 1: 540 - 36Q 29V - 6/8
CAT 2: 580 - 41Q 30V - 6/15
CAT 3: 640 - 42Q 36V - 6/22
GMAT: 620 - 41Q 35V - 6/29
During the actual exam, I ran out of time on both sections. My goal is to attend UCLA's full time program and due to my low undergraduate GPA, 2.678, my goal is to break the 700 threshold. I would like to re-take the test in time to apply during R1 this fall. As there needs to be a dramatic improvement in my score, the dilema is to take a class through Manhattan GMAT, or sign up for 10 hours of private tutoring.
I understand that everyone learns differently and was hoping to receive some input.
In advance, thank you!
