After going through the 2nd post of this thread http://gmatclub.com/forum/gmat-prep-software-analysis-and-what-if-scenarios-146146.html and a deep analysis of my GmatPrep errors, I had come to a conclusion that on the verbal section accuracy is more important than timing. I scored a V42 in my 1st GMATPrep with questions 5,18,25,33,34,36,40 incorrect. My 2nd GMATPrep was a V34 with questions 1,4,6,9,19,24,29,30,32,33,40,41 incorrect.
So my strategy was to strike a balance, which favored accuracy. So i focused on each question, applied the concepts/strategies of e-gmat and marked an answer that i was confident of... I did guess only 1 question on the real test & that was a tough CR @ #27... Also note i did not get a Bold-Face question and for a second i thought this was going to be a bad score since i got Bold-Face CR in both my GMATPrep tests... But i quickly shrugged that off and just focused on the question on the screen...
