Yes and no, as stupid as it may sound.
I am able to see it via Firefox Quantum 61.0.2 (64-Bit) but cannot see it via Microsoft Edge 42.17134.1.0.
Thanks a lot for changing the format though.
Heads up for people using Edge, try accessing the image via FF.
