Your situation is unique in that you have a probably corporate sponsorship -- which is impressive that somebody is willing to invest so much in you. It speaks volumes and from admissions perspective would be an added recommendation -- without it being an official recommendation. Thus, I would structure my career goals around returning to your company - but in a different, more visible capacity -- preferably one more strategic and international.
Longer term, you can speak of entrepreneurial ambitions. In fact the combination, if properly presented, would make you very compelling and very competitive at all top programs, including H and S.
