Strengths:-
(a) Good GMAT
(b) Work Exp is more domain knowledge centric than tech.
(c) Have had opportunity to lead / participate client negotiations, worked (design, estimations and client prez) in project sales pitches, designed and lead projects.
Weakness:-
1) Average / Below Average Extra Circulars, though mostly because of hectic work schedule and multiple GMAT attempts.
