Actually it is:

20! + 17=17(1*2*3*4*5*6*7*8*9*10*11*12*13*14*15*16*18*19*20+1)

\frac{20! + 17}{17}=1*2*3*4*5*6*7*8*9*10*11*12*13*14*15*16*18*19*20+1
