(1)

\frac{1.30c+1.50b}{c+b} = 1.42

1.30c+1.50b=1.42(c+b)

1.30c+1.50b=1.42c+1.42b

0.08b=0.12c

\frac{c}{b} = \frac{0.08}{0.12}

\frac{c}{b} = \frac{2}{3}

Sufficient

the only possible solution is:

1.30(4)+1.50(6)=14.20

Sufficient
